Today I am here to share another online shopping experience which is from Koreadepart. I know I have been purchasing a lot of K-beauty products lately from various site and my purse has shrink so much because I have spend quite some money on it. But still I cant resist to discover more online shopping site and get more K-beauty products.

Without any blabbering, let's get started.

Parcel received in Malaysia: 20th November

About the website, it is fairly easy to navigate. The website itself has a list of top selling item which you can refer to if you are out of thought that what should you get. Other than the overall top selling item list, the website also separate down top selling list for each categories. The website has a lot of on-going sales from time to time and the currency shown is in USD.
Koreadepart ships worldwide, but it divides into two different zone which is tariff shipping zone and fixed cost zone. Tariff shipping zone will have to pay the shipping fees according to the parcel weight and also the location of the country itself. While in the fixed cost zone, no matter how many products you purchase, the shipping fee will be charge in the same amount. For example, Malaysia is located in the fixed cost zone and the shipping fee is USD 5 per parcel for registered airmail. So no matter how many items I purchase, I just have to pay USD 5 for the shipping fee. However, purchaser from the fixed cost zone also need to be aware of the amount of money you purchase. Shipping fee is fixed but you might be charge for duty taxes from your respective country if you have gone over the limit.
There is still a few things from Koreadepart that I dislike. First of all, the manufacture date of the products are not 'fresh'. I have one of the item purchased from Koreadepart which is manufactured back in year 2013. Unlike testerkorea or althea korea, the products that received are the latest batch despite the products were on sale. I guess that is why Koreadepart has sale that is up to 80% off from normal price, simply because it is not a 'fresh' product.  Second, when Koreadepart post your parcel, it will have a list of items you purchased attached to the box. They will not declare a lesser amount nor listed it as a gift to send out the parcel to you. Thus you might have been charged with duty taxes.

Conclusion

Today is another experience about online shopping! I just received my parcel from Althea today and I cant wait to share the experience of purchase from Althea. I have purchased quite a few times from Althea ever since I first discovered it back in September. Althea is basically an online korean beauty shopping website which offer quite some famous products with reasonable price.

It has been a really long time since I last posted about my monthly favourite songs (actually it has been a really long time since I am on hiatus in writing blog). Well, so I am back again! Yay!

It is easy to know that I am actually a K-Pop fan but more interested in less famous group instead of Super Junior, Big Bang, SNSD, 2NE1 and etc (just to name a few, not trying to say those not mention here are not famous). So eventually November is like a comeback month for most of the K-Pop groups and I really anticipated a few groups to do well for the comeback.

Well, let's get started.

1.  VIXX: Chained Up
Of course one of the songs must be VIXX's 2nd Full Album title song. I am a Starlight(VIXX's official fanclub name) and what would be more exciting than VIXX's comeback after so long. What I must say is this song caught me surprise when I first heard it. It is a different style as compare to what they had before. They are famous with the dark conceptual idea but this song is not dark but softer and also catchy. I can't wait for the dance version to release because their choreography is always awesome!

2. BTS: I NEED YOU

I have always wanted to try to purchase from the Korean website that shipped their products worldwide because these websites have their prices very similar to the prices listed in Korea itself. Purchasing Korea beauty products from Malaysia's store may cost you double from the price you can get from Korea. So I have hit my eyes on a few online Korean store and slowly explore one by one. This time round, I tried TesterKorea.




Overall, it was a pleasant haul but the period from ordering to receiving the parcel was a pain in the ass. Why would I say so? Let's take a look on the timeline.

Final is coming!!! I am so dead meat this time round because I have four subjects in four consecutive days and most of the subjects are hard subjects which my coursework marks are pretty low. I guess I'll have to burn the midnight oil throughout the whole week. Thus of course there will be a list of songs again that I am so addicted to (so that I don't have to skip any of the songs.) So here we go...

1. VIXX: Steel Heart + Error
This is a live version. Yes, I prefer the live one instead of the music video because I freaking love the intro dance formation! (Well, basically it is because HongBin is in the center.) The effect of inserting the life stream into N and also unplug chip effect at the end of the song is also awesome. For the choreography, I would want to give a round of applause to the choreographer because the dance of the song was so nice. The beginning formation of part A with Leo trapping with other members and N coming to alive is my favorite part. Also while Ravi rapped, Leo surrounded him from the back and the lock dance is awesome as well. I just can't get bored with the dance. For the song, it is a sad song and some fans claimed they cried for the lyrics and the meaning. But I have no feeling towards it though. (Cold-blooded, perhaps?) Anyway it is still an awesome song and I wonder why that now I only started to notice about them. VIXX is definitely one of those underrated group out there in Korea.

When I was having my intern in Farringdon Group, my supervisor told me about this Spine and Joint and recommended for me. He said he went and it did cure his issue. So after settle things up in Hospital Kuala Lumpur, which I tried physiotherapy and it didn't work, I was thinking perhaps I should try this one instead.

So today I went to this Spine and Joint which located in Great Eastern Mall. I took the Putra LRT to Jelatek station and it took about a 15mins walk from the Jelatek station to reach Great Eastern Mall. Since we reached there quite late, I was so afraid that I couldn't meet up the doctor today and did something to my back. Luckily I was able to meet up the doctor!

After registering, we waited outside for awhile. We didn't come with an appointment so it is expected. After waiting for about 15mins, my name was called and both of us went it together. The doctor first introduced himself, named Kenneth J. Corbett D.C. Then I showed him my MRI report that I took 3 years ago. After looking through the report, he did a check up on me to have a better view on my problem. He also explained the situation to me and then he started to do the chiropractic session with me.

During the chiropractic session (or simply known as adjustment), he will adjust the position of my body accordingly and then apply forces on me. And there the sound like "krak krak krak" of the bones can be heard clearly and loudly. My friend, Cecellia was so fed up with these kind of sounds so she quickly cover her ears and clenched her teeth.

After the chiropractic session, I will have to proceed to the next room which there is a DTS Spinal Decompression Table. I will post up a video on how actually the table look like by the end of this post.

The DTS Spinal Decompression Table is eventually a table that pulls your body apart? Hahahahaha XD Just joking. I was asked to tell the physiotherapist my actual weight and he will adjust the pull force to half of your actual weight. Then I was strapped on the table separating the upper and lower part. He hooked the string to the strap from the machine and there he pressed start. I can't really remember how long it last but there is a 30 seconds gap in every pull (which means pull and let go, pull and let go again.) I was given an alarm button, if I feel any discomfort or pain, I can just press that button and that machine will stop immediately.

The main reason using the DTS Spinal Decompression Table is too unlocked the bones that squeeze hard on the disc. It basically letting the disc to have some space to recover and grow back how it was look like at first.  So it is actually an alternative way to cure slipped disc without surgery (this is what i was told, no guarantee though).

After the DTS session, I will proceed to another room again to put on some vibrator patch on my back, as well as some cold pack to soothed the tension earlier. So after 10mins, this session ended as well and the whole treatment for today had come to an end.

The doctor recommended me to do it twice a week so that it is more effective. So I will be going back for every Wednesday and Friday since I have less class on these days. About the fees, it is quite pricey. From what my supervisor told me previously, it was about RM150 per visit. However the bill for me today is RM380 because it included the consultant fees. If I take it as a plan it will be cheaper because DTS alone is RM220, haven't adding up the chiropractic session. If I take up the plan for 24 times, it will actually cost RM167 per visit, including chiropractic session(total is RM4000). So I am still thinking on it.

I do feel a bit more relax after the whole treatment and I hope that this is gonna work for this time because this is so pricey and if it works, I won't have to undergo surgery, that will be such a relieve! Before ending my post, I would like to thank Cecellia a lot for accompanying me to go because I have been a coward when coming up with the issue on my back pain. Thank you, Cecellia! Muacks!

Yes. It is again unlimited test, assignment and presentation time again. So it is always this period of time where there are all things coming together and made me suffocated. Of course, taking up painkillers to kill the pain when sitting in front of the lappy for so long to rush assignments.

But there is one thing that I need it as well, which is my loop nonstop playlist. The playlist that I like it so much that I dont even need to try skipping any of the songs (I ain't have time for that.) So now I would like to introduce my March Favorites Top 5 Songs.

因为前一个学期是去实习，而且实习三个月，有一半的时间是在放假，简直是闲着过日子。所以开学以后也一直没有恢复过来读书的状态，直到小考将至，才开始神经绷绷的开始读书。 当然神经绷绷的不只是因为闲了很久，而是腰椎病痛的问题。本来嘛，就想写个文章是关于看政府专科的程序。但看了医生后，心情一直很低落，什么也写不出来，也没有心情读书，只是一味的在哭。哭累了，就睡觉，然后在噩梦中醒过来。

想要有个拥抱，想要有个肩膀靠一靠……

很多人都会基于好奇地问：“你的腰有什么问题？” 但当我想要真的分享我的问题，从而舒缓一下压抑已久的心情时，没有人真的愿意静下心听我说出我的问题，甚至听我的眼泪。我知道眼泪让人不知所措，但是我没办法，我眼泪腺浅，我容易哭。但我想这不关眼泪腺浅的问题，因为我相信这情况发生在任何人身上，谁都回不知所措和恐惧吧！

人最害怕的不是得不到什么，而是你以为你会一直拥有的东西，突然失去……

很多人以为这是在说我失去的爱情，而经历失恋的朋友也认为这一句话说出了她的心声。其实不是，我道出这一句话的原由是因为我听见医生说我或许会残疾。究竟发生什么事呢？腰椎间盘突出。就是说腰椎之间的间盘移位了，三年前的MRI显示间盘变薄并且贴近脊椎的神经线，所以会经常背痛。物理治疗尝试过了，任何可能伤害或把情况严重化的活动都避免了，可是情况并没有好转，却每况愈下。如今呢？我不知道。我只知道，我的腰椎疼痛越来越频密，已经变成吃强力止痛药也无法止痛，有时甚至要送院打吗啡针。所以医生说，压到了神经线的话有一天会残废。唯一可以做的就是动手术换人造间盘。然而，这手术有很大的风险，一有差池也是会残废。

我知道我这问题给许多人带来了很多麻烦，可是我也不想的。我知道我是个负担，我也尽量忍着我的疼痛不出声。要知道如果我说我很痛，那是我已经无法忍耐的疼痛我才说出口。可是在我无法忍受那疼痛时，我却听见最让我心碎的话。好比说：“你知不知道你这样会让身边的人很麻烦？”，“你再去看医生，想想办法，好不好？”或“你怎么一直在痛啊？”。你们不会知道我自己一个人跑了多少个地方看医生，你们不会知道究竟多少次我一个人面对那些恐惧，你们不会知道我究竟忍耐了多少疼痛才开始说出我的疼痛。不要用你们那些“她干嘛大题小作”的眼光与语气来评定我！更不要因为我独立，所以一味儿的认为没有什么事情我是承担不起。我也拥有一颗脆弱的心，一颗几乎被掏空的心。

这腰椎间盘突出影响我的生活很大。我不能像别人一样开开心心到处玩到处疯，我的每一个背包里都要放强力止痛药，我不敢和不熟悉的人出去因为我很害怕我病发会吓坏人，我不敢参加任何活动因为这会阻碍别人的进度，我不能我不敢像个正常人一样，虽然我很想像个正常人一样。

我功课不好，不是因为我不专心上课，而是我坐稍微久一点我的腰会开始微痛，从而让我无法全身灌注在上课。我出席率不好，不是因为我爱绕课，而是我很多时候疼痛得我无法上课必须立刻回家躺着，所以没办法上课。我不是不愿意开拓我的圈子，只是有多少个人愿意走进我的圈子？有多少人真的不会带着有色眼光去评价一个人？

想要有个拥抱，想要有个肩膀靠一靠。只可惜我没有那么的一个人给我拥抱，给我肩膀靠。

Today I went to KLCC to purchase some goods for celebration of Chinese New Year and then I came across Watson to check out for discounted daily products. Watson is promoting this event of giving out a Lucky Bag worth RM168 with purchase of RM88 and above of cosmetic products and I realized that I need a liquid foundation as the shade of the air cushion I am using now didn't suit my skin tone.

So I was checking the L'oreal True Match Liquid Foundation as I saw a lot of good reviews on it. The price of the foundation is RM44.72 which is on 20% discount with original price of RM55.00++. After picking up the shade that I wanted, I was thinking why don't I purchase some other stuffs that I need to make it a total of RM88 so that I can get the Lucky Bag. I was so curious about what are things inside the Lucky Bag that it said it worth RM168.

After picking up some other products, I got this free Lucky Bag from Watson.

That concludes up all the item inside the box. By rough estimation, the contains inside doesn't worth RM168 as it mentioned. Also the shade of the pressed powder cannot be change according to your own skin tone. Overall it was quite disappointed because some of the products are nearly expired. Most of the products are lips product. I was expecting something with a wider range.

Anyhow, it is free so I can actually try out these products without buying it. Thanks Watson.

Firstly, I didn't plan to post any updates about the physiotherapy because it is a bored and fixed routine. However, I wanted to share about this as this is something different compare to the previous visits. Something so different that the effects are still there even though it has been hours since I finished the treatment.

What is so different compare to the previous visits?
IT IS THE THERAPEUTIC ULTRASOUND!!!

During my first visit, the physiotherapist actually already did it with me once. But I think the physiotherapist previously was just simply get it done and it had no effects at all (I don't even feel a single thing during the treatment of therapeutic ultrasound.).

Since last week the physiotherapist gave me a wrong exercise routine which cause my back pain has gotten more worse and even have two lumps on the back upper part of my pelvis, the another physiotherapist said she wanted to have the therapeutic ultrasound treatment with me. The therapeutic ultrasound treatment is said to have deep penetration of ultrasonic wave towards the tissue.

There are three primary benefits to ultrasound. The first is the speeding up of the healing process from the increase in blood flow in the treated area. The second is the decrease in pain from the reduction of swelling and edema. The third is the gentle massage of muscles tendons and/ or ligaments in the treated area because no strain is added and any scar tissue is softened.

So I was required to lay down on the bed with head facing down. Then the physiotherapist applied a layer of gel on my back thoroughly. The gel is to reduce friction and assist in transmission of ultrasonic waves.  Then she put two square patches which are connected to the machine on my left calf. Afterwards, she started to use a handler that is connected to the machine as well to roll over my back.

I couldn't feel much at first. Then she started to turn the frequency higher and higher. So the feeling came when the frequency became higher. Feel like what? LIKE ELECTRIC CURRENT RUNS THROUGH YOUR BODY!!!

I had experienced electric shock before (like holding the plug and you didn't realize you was actually holding one of the three legs and then you plug in with the switch turn on) and this ultrasound thing feel exactly the same. I tried to endure the pain but the physiotherapist turn the frequency even more high until my whole leg was numb.

She then asked, "Rasa okay ka?" I quickly replied her that my leg is so numb that I couldn't feel it anymore. So she turned the frequency a bit lower and continue to rub over my back. Although the frequency is now lower, but I still feel like electric current overflowing from my back. After about 7-8 mins, the machine started to beep and automatically turned off.

The physiotherapist rubbed off the excess gel from my back and told me that the treatment was done so I can arrange my next appointment and go home. Now there is another problem, my whole back was paralyzed and so did my left legs. I could barely stand up and walk normally. Then she asked, " Macam mana balik?" I answered, "Ambik bas."

The physiotherapist was laughing around and said, " Lain kali ajak kawan datang sama. Bolehlah tolong jaga sikit. " I was just smiling and then quickly get my next appointment done.

Till now I can still feel numbness over my back. It is suppose to stay for a bit but it will help out my back pain that was cause by the wrong exercise. So that it is the ULTRASOUND treatment that freaked me out like experiencing electric shock. What a valuable experience.

It wasn't the first time that I have purchased something overseas and send back to Malaysia. Tried various courier and this is the most disappointed service that I received from SKYNET ever. I wouldn't say that other couriers are better, they have their weaknesses as well, but not as terrible as what I experienced today.

So the story started back when it was Monday. I have this parcel receiving from overseas. Since I have pact classes, I delivered the parcel under the name of my friend, Yu Jin as she has lesser class and more time at home. The parcel was supposed to send to her unit by Monday noon. Usually the SKYNET courier would send things over by 12pm or latest by 12.30pm, however that day Yu Jin waited and it never came. Since Yu Jin had class at 1pm, she had to go to campus and quit waiting. When she came back, she received a notice from SKYNET said that they came.

Then Yu Jin called to SKYNET to arrange for second delivery and ask for them to deliver on Wednesday. However, for the whole day Yu Jin waited at home, SKYNET never came. Yu Jin called to their reception and what the reception responded was their truck was full and couldn't fit my small little parcel in hence they couldn't send the parcel over by today. The arrangement was made on Monday and only on today after Yu Jin called to inquiry  again about the parcel around 3pm, they declared their truck was full.

Since CNY is around the corner and by next week everyone will be going back home these few days, no one is in KL to pick up the parcel. Then I have decided to take a taxi to go to their branch to pick up the parcel by myself. Their branch is located in Batu Caves. It is in the middle of industrial area and there is no sight of any taxi station around.

When we reached there (the taxi meter showing around RM13.00++), we asked the taxi driver to stay for awhile so that we can hop on the taxi again as soon as we pick up the parcel. The taxi uncle agreed and waited us by the outside.Of course, the taxi meter will be still running. So we went in the branch and handover our notice. The reception told us to wait as she told their staff to look for the parcel.

We waited and waited, after 20mins, my parcel is nowhere to be found. We saw a lot of customers who came later than us but they only have to wait about 5-10mins and they could get their parcel already, We kept asking the reception where is my parcel and she just answered us that they still searching.

After about an hour, the reception said is it okay that we leave first and wait for her to call because they couldn't find my parcel!!!! We said no, we have no other time to come over and if we go back now and come back thereafter, the taxi fee could cost more. However, she kept insist that they couldn't find the parcel for now so if the taxi is still waiting it could be waste of money as well. Then I suggested her that she can send the parcel back to my hometown instead. But then she requested me to head over my hometown's SKYNET office to pick up the parcel than sending over to my house.

When we were in the middle of arguing about the services, a man showed up with angry tone said that the parcel was hidden by a person as that person was holding the parcel with her (not placing it back to the storage.) So my parcel showed up after an hour of hide and seek with their staffs.

They didn't apologize for their bad service and they didn't try to compensate us. I was disappointing with their service because they didn't even know who handle the parcel and the status of the parcel. By the time we get back to Wangsa Maju LRT, the taxi fee was RM39.00 (in the mean time of waiting, the taxi uncle actually shut down the engine and waited with us, if the meter kept running, it could cost more than that. )

The items I purchased overseas was actually RM60 in total. Now adding this special accident, the items actually cost RM 100 (the items were supposed to be a gift, not for my own usage. the person may end up dislike that gift and throw it away. if this really happen, means my RM100 is being thrown into the trash bin T.T). I would definitely reconsider again if I would choose SKYNET as my chosen courier to ship anything.

Woke up early in the morning and realized that I just got sore throat. After I had my every Friday jogging session with lots of sweating, I thought the sore throat could recover but NO! I even ate a pill of Panadol ActiveFast before going to the CME Workshop and drank a lot of waters, but the sore throat is still there. And now I have running nose and shaky legs after taking a nap coming back from physiotherapy in HKL. Let's just hope that things are not gonna get worse.



There is a locker inside so you can keep your belongings inside without worrying being stolen during your physiotherapy session. For first time comer, they will let you to fill in a form to state your level of condition and also made you read the rules and regulations. Inside the gymnasium, there are various of sports equipment such as bicycle, treadmill and etc. Most of the time I just spent my session on the bed doing stretching and applying hot pack. Again the physiotherapist in charge of me keep changing from every visit so I have to explain my condition again and again (they said they lost my information so there is no record).

I couldn't remember since when I have started Tower of Saviors, it was long ago. I can barely remember when I first got into the game, it was crazy. I was so hype with every card drawn and wanted to brag about it to him. I even wouldn't want to waste any stamina and played it once it was recharge.
